Meet the Founder
Michelle Mason, CDP, CMDCP, CDSGF, DCS, DCST, is the founder and principal consultant of Ending Dis‑Ease Consulting LLC, and a driving force in dementia care strategy and cultural transformation. With more than two decades of specialized experience, she has established a reputation for elevating standards across healthcare organizations, care partner networks, and community systems, advancing a higher benchmark of dignity, excellence, and human connection for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.

As a Dementia Care Strategist and Cultural Transformation Architect, Michelle drives systemic change that reshapes how care is delivered, experienced, and sustained. Her Black‑Tie Approach to Care, an intentionally non‑traditional, presence‑centered philosophy, moves beyond task‑based models to prioritize personalization, relational depth, and meaningful human engagement.
